Job Summary

A background screening provider has a current position open for a Remote Global Account Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participating in client communication, conflict resolution and compliance on client deliverables
  • Performing FADV report research and interpretation for Internal and External customers
  • Ensuring that client issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 years in Client/Account Management
  • Proactively identify and generate sales leads
