Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage a team of global customer success managers
  • Own gross retention of valuable and strategic customers
  • Develop and implement customer success strategy

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel as needed for customer meetings and team development
  • Five years experience leading a global customer success team
  • Five years of consultative experience
  • Five years of customer success experience at a SaaS company
  • Proven experience developing and leading teams
  • A degree from a well regarded university or college
