Job Summary
An international payments company is seeking a Remote Global Analytics Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the strategy, vision and direction for the North America and global analytics teams
- Extracting long-term quantitative trends to inform product and business strategy
- Owning and improving the analytics craft both within your immediate team and across the organization
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in data/analytics/data science roles
- 5+ years as a leader of data/analytics/data science teams
- Familiar with SQL, R, Python, and statistical analysis with the ability to teach others
- Can start from a white space problem and develop hypotheses, an analytical framework
- Able to clearly communicate data-based decisions to individual contributors and leadership
- Experience with conversion funnels and running A/B tests to iterate on features
