Job Summary

A university has an open position for a Remote Global Associate Human Resources Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manages HR Tier 1 Inquiry Resolution
• Coordinate and maintain select HR data collection, processes, and reports
• Provide administrative support for the effective operation of the HR department

Qualifications Include:

• 1+ years of HR-related experience
• Intermediate HR Acumen and exposure to HR environment
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices and data
• Proficient in the use of Excel/Google sheets and other Microsoft or Google applications
• Ability to build relationships and trust with diverse employee populations
