Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Global Benefits Analyst in Redwood City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as front line for benefits questions with all employees
- Assist with Global benefits management and implementation
- Act as liaison with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Procurement
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Benefits administration
- Understanding of benefit plan design within multiple geographies
- Understanding of market trends and changing legislation
- Utilizes best practices within the software and tech industries
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
