Job Summary
A photography assets company has an open position for a Remote Global Benefits Analyst in Seattle.
Must be able to:
- Help drive benefit plan design improvements and employee engagement
- Monitor the global benefits budget and assist with financial planning and forecasting
- Analyze and consolidate information and make recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust quickly to shifting priorities
- High awareness of and respect for critical and confidential Human Resources data
- Ability to problem-solve and introduce process improvements
- Excellent organization, written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated ability working in Benefits Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Outstanding data analysis and advanced Excel skills required, including working with large and varied datasets
