A digital learning company and educational publisher has a current position open for a Remote Global Benefits Lead in Blacklick.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Global benefit program design and administration
- Partner with internal business functions to provide seamless world-class service to internal employees
- Lead and perform benefits related payroll processes and execute/manage day-to-day benefits operations to include payroll related items for all countries
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of progressive benefits and payroll experience with demonstrated experience within retirement and insurance benefits
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Strong project management skills, leading multiple initiatives concurrently
- Vendor management
