Job Summary
A software-as-a-service and customer experience management software development company is in need of a Remote Global Business Recruiting Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall strategic direction for scaled hiring processes and procedures for all of “Go To Market”, Professional Services, Solutions, Marketing and G&A recruitment
- Lead from a place of inclusion & belonging – weaving diversity into all of our business talent pipelines to ensure our company philosophy is reflected in our hiring outcomes
- Drive enablement for recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers, in the areas of sourcing, talent assessment, recruitment tools, and inclusive hiring strategies
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive Business recruiting leadership experience (4+ years of Sales/GTM TA Team Leadership)
- 3-5 years of experience leading global teams
- Experience in high volume and niche recruiting strategies across multiple geographies
- Experience with leading and operating within a highly matrixed organization Strong project management and vendor management skills
- Ability to determine team capacity and makes recommendations on how best to close gaps including forecasted hires, new additions, backfills and pull forward methodologies
