Job Summary
A customized IT solution is filling a position for a Remote Global Business Software Customer Advocate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Initiating the annual renewals process and drive all phases of the renewal lifecycle
- Leading the renewal sales process with key stakeholders by facilitating the preparation of pricing options
- Utilizing the Sales & Support Team and identify internal opportunities to modernize and bring additional value
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in a role involving ‘critical thinking
- Ability to identify and communicate improvements
- Understand Business requirements and support change and policies internally and externally
- Ability to acquire an understanding of the general functions of other divisions and their role in assisting with Renewals
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to credibly present recommendations at senior levels
- Motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently
