Job Summary

A compliance firm is filling a position for a Remote Global Commissioning Editor.

Must be able to:

• Work with the subject matter editors to understand the legal context of the assignment
• Research the practice areas assigned and identifies appropriate contributors
• Recruit prospective contributors and provides resource outlines and consults on PL style

Position Requirements Include:

• A good academic record (a four-year undergraduate degree with relevant experience and a J.D.)
• Excellent research skills and understanding of the legal market; able to identify suitable law firms and individuals to write on specific areas of law
• A keen interest and a basic understanding of US business law
• Ability to deal with senior partners and law firm marketing staff and possess excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office and other applications
