An automotive company has a current position open for a Remote Global Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building compensation structures
- Identifying appropriate market data sources
- Analyzing market data for countries and/or functions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Must be comfortable with data and able to analyze, interpret, and draw conclusions and develop recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in HR, mathematics or related degree
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
