A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Global Compensation Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct market pricing
  • Keep track of and administer annual survey submission process
  • Own the day to day administrative support for all health & welfare programs

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience administering various compensation programs, with a high level of expertise
  • Experience in benefits administration
  • Knowledge of / stays informed on compensation and benefit compliance and regulations
  • CCP, GRP certificates
  • Knowledge of payroll, benefits, compensation, and performance management
