A cybersecurity company has an open position for a Remote Global Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring the organization offers market competitive base and incentive pay practices
- Conducting market analysis and research by participating in salary surveys
- Conducting the evaluation of new jobs and alignment to existing job level structures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
- Proven success in managing international compensation and benefits programs
- Experience with HRIS and other HR tech platforms
- Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Knowledge of global compensation and benefit regulations and laws
