Job Summary

A cybersecurity company has an open position for a Remote Global Compensation and Benefits Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the organization offers market competitive base and incentive pay practices
  • Conducting market analysis and research by participating in salary surveys
  • Conducting the evaluation of new jobs and alignment to existing job level structures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
  • Proven success in managing international compensation and benefits programs
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR tech platforms
  • Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Knowledge of global compensation and benefit regulations and laws
