Job Summary
A telecommunication systems and software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Global Compensation and Benefits Total Rewards Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Craft compensation philosophies, policies & programs aligned with the business needs
- Lead the direction for incentive and equity plan design and administration
- Provide overall direction and global framework for employment terms and conditions
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in Business or related area or relevant work experience
- International Experience, essential
- Robust and progressive knowledge of end-to-end Total rewards strategies at a Global level to include executive rewards
- Experience working in a public company essential
