Job Summary
A customer relationship management platform has a current position open for a Remote Global Compensation Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing a compensation philosophy and partner across Human Resources and the business leaders
- Designing, communicating and implementing compensation programs and processes that are used across global locations
- Leading on principles and design regarding our equity plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

- Proven track record of designing and implementing pay and equity structures in a large global publicly traded company
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in simple terms to various audiences
- Advanced Excel skills and spreadsheet analysis with strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to build audience-specific presentations
