Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Global Compensation Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of compensation projects
  • Provide diagnostics and guidance related to health of compensation programs return on investment
  • Provide comp consulting to top leadership team members based on deep subject matter expertise

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS in a quantitative or business-related field
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation
  • Experience in compensation programs and good grasp of business objectives and dynamics
  • Excellent Excel skills and data modelling and statistical analytics capability
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
  • Results orientation and able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
