Job Summary
A leader in information management and electronic commerce systems is seeking a Remote Global Contingent Labor Sourcing Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reduce expense, improves efficiency and drives hiring manager satisfaction
- Oversee the relationships with MSP partners Monument and Tapfin
- Leverage the Fieldglass tool wherever possible
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in sourcing or procurement
- Extensive expertise in the Contingent Labor categories, understanding of current market conditions
- Experience in supplier relationship management, KPI and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to lead supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, contracting and implementation
- Strong analytical skills
