Job Summary
An employment program is in need of a Remote Global Curriculum Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum design projects and provide strategic thought partnership
- Build capacity in others by participating in the training of internal team members
- Contribute to strategic projects as needed to continuously innovative on our methodology
Skills and Requirements Include:
- The role requires significant travel (~30%, up to 1-2 weeks at a time)
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a master’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years instructional design experience
- Mastery of adult learning principles and designing instructional materials for adult learners
- Strong project management skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
