Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Customer Experience Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive the global customer experience
  • Develop a strategy that delivers a differentiated customer experience
  • Build the voice of the customer programs

Qualifications Include:

  • Up to 15% travel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional or academic experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in leading Global Customer
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role in a software/SaaS company
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in prior management experience
