Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Global Customer Experience Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Recruiting, retaining, and developing team members
  • Developing overall strategic messaging, branding and positioning of customer experience
  • Driving the global customer experience

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Up to 15% travel time may be required
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in prior management experience
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role in a software/SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional or academic experience
  • Demonstrated success leading project management teams
