Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Global Customer Experience Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recruiting, retaining, and developing team members
- Developing overall strategic messaging, branding and positioning of customer experience
- Driving the global customer experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Up to 15% travel time may be required
- Minimum 10 years' experience in prior management experience
- Extensive experience in a leadership role in a software/SaaS company
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional or academic experience
- Demonstrated success leading project management teams
