An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Customer Solutions Direct Sales Associate Vice President in Aurora.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying problems/issues, offer multiple solutions, and resolve using the best solution to full implementation and execution
- Driving team to consistently meet & exceed sales, premium, quality, compliance, and other performance goals
- Creating a world-class, high performing virtual sales culture
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license
- 10+ years of successful leadership experience in a sales environment focused on revenue growth
- Proven track record of building virtual collaborative partnerships and alliances at all levels while holding people accountable
- Advanced understanding of all property & casualty insurance products and systems
- Ability to be licensed in all states MetLife conducts business
