Job Summary

A marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the end-to-end customer experience from platform adoption to engagement
  • Nurturing and expanding relationships with end-users and stakeholders
  • Developing, leading, and delivering effective C-level presentations and business reviews

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to conduct on-site meetings and adoption programs
  • Minimum 5 years of account management or customer success experience with Fortune 500 businesses
  • Firm understanding of User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) principles
  • Track record of successfully managing projects and programs
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with customers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
