- Managing the end-to-end customer experience from platform adoption to engagement
- Nurturing and expanding relationships with end-users and stakeholders
- Developing, leading, and delivering effective C-level presentations and business reviews
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to conduct on-site meetings and adoption programs
- Minimum 5 years of account management or customer success experience with Fortune 500 businesses
- Firm understanding of User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) principles
- Track record of successfully managing projects and programs
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with customers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
