Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Global Digital Success Experience Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of key components of marketing and adoption success programs
  • Executing elements of marketing and adoption success programs
  • Tracking and measuring results and impacts of activities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree essential
  • 5+ years of Marketing, Event Management, Program/Project Management and/or Customer Success experience
  • Passionate about Customer Success
  • Demonstrated success working on complex marketing and/or adoption plans
  • Able to oversee a cross-functional team
