Job Summary
An online company specializing in meditation has an open position for a Remote Global Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Program Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our employee resource group program
- Coordinate the global cultural month celebrations in collaboration with our ERGs
- Design and execute educational programming focused on critical DEIB topics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years experience of owning organizational DEIB programs, end-to-end
- Experience working with groups focused on the support of historically excluded groups
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and relationship management with a high level of professionalism
- Strong collaborative approach to DEIB work
