Job Summary
A global non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Global Employee Engagement Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing and conducting complex and sensitive workplace reviews
- Developing a strategic and proactive approach to Employee Engagement
- Developing positive professional relationships with key stakeholders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Continued HR education, GPHR, PHR, SPHR, or SHRM SCP certified
- 10 years of experience in Human Resources
- 5 years of Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, or Employee Relations leadership role
- Demonstrable experience managing all stages of the employment life cycle
- Significant experience with writing and communicating employment-related policies
