Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Global Employee Listening and Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing and executing employee survey offerings
  • Managing vendor relationship of external survey tools as applicable
  • Providing subject matter expertise and advise on survey research/design, data collection, and survey analysis

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree/third level qualification OR, 7+ years of related experience
  • Experience leading on employee listening, engagement and behavioral development to support culture change
  • Previous experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a global setting
  • Previous experience analyzing data across multiple sources and distill insights to provide stakeholders
  • Previous experience of psychometric principles and assessment design
  • Working experience of inferential statistics techniques
