Job Summary

A pharmaceutical logistics company is in need of a Remote Global Endpoint Support Services Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Contributing to the development of an IT strategy
• Leading the delivery and lifecycle of services for global strategy development
• Ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and standards

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
• Ten years of IT and business/industry work experience, with knowledge of one process/service
• Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver one or more IT project(s) on time and within budget
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to establish solid relationships with vendors in support of initiatives
