Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Global Equities Attorney.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing global compliance for global equity programs
- Providing advice on global securities laws, reporting and disclosure requirements, and more
- Handling the global securities filings for stock option and stock purchase programs of US companies
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years' global equity experience, handling compliance for a US company’s Global Equities Program
- Experience in AmLaw 200 environment
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work on a collaborative team
