Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Global Feasibility Therapeutic Area Head Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing direct supervision and people management for all staff within his/her group
• Ensuring high-quality delivery of feasibility work and deliverables within the TA-aligned projects
• Leading and facilitating specific study-level feasibility activities as required

Required Skills:

• This position will require up to 25% domestic and international travel
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Clinical Operations or Data Analytics
• Bachelor's degree is required
• People management experience
• Experience designing and developing functional capabilities through process design
• Must have the ability to in proactively manage operational risk
