Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Global HR Systems Data and Analytics Manager in Hanover.
Must be able to:
- Define and oversee global people data strategy, systems, reporting and analytics
- Identify trends and patterns through data and develop recommendations
- Contribute to the success and support all People Strategy initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of relevant HR Systems and Analytics experience
- People management experience in a matrixed organization
- Education in data science, data analytics, technology, HR data, or related field
- Experience planning and deploying both business and HRIS initiatives
- Experience producing and presenting action plans based on analytical conclusions
- Strong ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
