A telecommunications software company is in need of a Remote Global Human Resource Director.
Must be able to:
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys
- Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- At least 8-10 years of human resource management experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
