Job Summary
A privately-held management assessment and consulting firm is in need of a Remote Global Human Resources Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing and delivering new team member onboarding training
- Processing payroll on-time and accurately
- Ensuring the employee handbook is updated, maintained, and signed by all employees
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years working in a Human Resources, at least 3 years working in a global function
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, HRIS systems, etc
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
