- Leading development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies
- Managing the performance management process
- Managing employee relations issues for headquarters and international staff
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of progressive human resources/organization development experience
- Experience in domestic and international recruiting and HR operations
- At least 5 years of human resources and/or recruiting experience
- Deep and broad understanding of employment law
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and collaboratively about staff development and training
- Experience selecting, implementing and institutionalizing HR IT systems
