An internet domain registrar snd hosting company is seeking a Remote Global Income Tax Provision Senior Tax Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Generate application of income tax reporting guidance (ASC 740) to different fact patterns
• Assist with tax provision analytics that is communicated to management and external auditors
• Identify process improvements to support ongoing direct tax technology process transformation

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax
• 10+ years of experience with corporate income tax provisions (ASC 740) and compliance
• Strong understanding of Tax and GAAP accounting principles
• Knowledge of domestic and international income tax laws
• Exceptional financial and business insight
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
