Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Integrated Services Finance Operations Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop Financial Plans for all GIS Finance Operations
- Hold service providers accountable for service delivery in accordance with established SLAs and KPIs
- Ensure adherence with SLAs and services we have agreed upon and continuously evaluate service delivery
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong experience of shared services in an international company environment required
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance / Accounting
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of front-end systems, operational finance and accounting processes and business acumen
- 15+ years of progressive experience in a shared services environment leading delivery of Global Finance Shared Services
