Job Summary
An information management company is seeking a Remote Global IT Service Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing and monitoring the overall performance of the Service desk
- Auditing and confirming all SLAs are being met on a consistent bases
- Being accountable for CSAT and the overall IT user experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A technology-related BS or MS
- 8 to 15 years of progressive levels of management
- Strong understanding or our Global IT ecosystem
- Strong understanding of all of IM applications and their functions
- Deep understand of the various IT teams and their functions
- Strong written communication skills
