Job Summary

An information management company is seeking a Remote Global IT Service Operations Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing and monitoring the overall performance of the Service desk
  • Auditing and confirming all SLAs are being met on a consistent bases
  • Being accountable for CSAT and the overall IT user experience

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A technology-related BS or MS
  • 8 to 15 years of progressive levels of management
  • Strong understanding or our Global IT ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of all of IM applications and their functions
  • Deep understand of the various IT teams and their functions
  • Strong written communication skills
