Job Summary
A fitness company has a current position open for a Remote Global Learning and Development Instructional Designer Copywriter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping to scale, iterate, and optimize current content management and creation processes and workflows
- Gathering and analyzing insights from a variety of sources to form insightful content strategy recommendations
- Developing audience-specific content for a variety of formats
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ year experience developing content for learning-focused programs with instructional technology
- 3+ years of writing and instructional design experience
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com and Google's Suite of tools
- Proficiency with an LMS or CMS platform such as Lessonly, Articulate 360, and Storyline
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
