Job Summary
A cloud communications company has a current position open for a Remote Global M and A and Tax Payroll Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with the accounting team
- Creating and maintaining a seamless payroll process from entry to the GL postings
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong knowledge of full cycle payroll and accounting practices
- Knowledge of running a payroll process from front to end to assist in strategy for M&A activity and integration
- Ability to research and understand payroll tax rules and regulations in the US and outside the US
- Must maintain total confidentiality and discretion of all employee information
- Knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookup formulas
- Extreme attention to detail, hands-on approach, teamwork oriented
