Job Summary
A global information and insights company is filling a position for a Remote Global Mergers and Acquisitions Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Evaluate prospective targets technology portfolio
- Develop technology integration budgets
- Assist in the development of the overall transaction business case
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to understand and assess the architecture of the target organization
- Foundational understanding of Information Security practices of infrastructure, data, and application layers of technology
- Comfortable presenting due diligence architecture, information security, and transaction financial details
- Able to synthesize the findings of diligence effort and be able to create a costing model for the acquisition
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to deliver results by collaborating with team members
