Job Summary

A nonprofit company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Hiring and managing a global team of M&E associates
• Coordinating components of the organization's research function in collaboration with academic partners
• Developing the core metrics framework that the organization will track to understand all levels of impact by engaging stakeholders and international data standards

Position Requirements Include:

• Travel up to 20%
• At least 3 years managing a team of 2 or more individuals
• Bachelor's degree in data science, international development, GIS, or similar field
• Proven experience developing a GMERL strategy
• Familiarity with GIS
• At least 5 years of experience leading the monitoring & evaluation of ICT4D/digital development/humanitarian information projects
