Job Summary
A global biopharmaceutical company has an open position for a Remote Global Oncology Scientific Training Director in North Wales.
Must be able to:
- Develop, review/approve and deploy scientific training and associated curricula for all Medical Affairs personnel globally
- Be accountable for the development of Global Scientific Training plans to support the Global Medical Affairs plans
- Be accountable for the creation of curricula and materials primarily derived from content created by the Global Scientific Content team
Position Requirements Include:
- PharmD / PhD / MD and a minimum of 5 years of relevant medical affairs, clinical practice or learning and development experience
- OR MS Degree in Life Sciences and a minimum of 10 years of relevant medical affairs, clinical practice or learning and development experience
- Relevant working experience in Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry is desired
- Therapeutic competency in (Oncology)
- Must be able to work in a complex organization environment and have ability to effectively operate in a team-oriented global structure
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (written as well as oral) skills
