Job Summary
A financial service company is in need of a Remote Global Partner Manager in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coach and give insight to vendor to create into a highly responsive team that meets the required published performance standards
- Regularly review and ensure that vendor teams follow procedures, process flows and guidelines
- Develop and communicate action plans together with Partner management team based on performance.
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent
- 5+ year's Experience in the Call Center industry in a management capacity and in leading people
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills with the proven ability to work in a matrix environment across functional lines
- Strength in Process / Project management.
- Ability to select, train, motivate, and guide team members toward future development, including discipline and corrective action
- Proven track record of cost reduction and best in class customer experience
