Job Summary
An IT company is in need of a Remote Global Partner Service Desk Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering phone calls, e-mails, and web form interactions from incoming sales partners and customers
- Escalating technical issues to appropriate teams as needed
- Documenting new widespread issues in Jira
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years’ experience in a support center, NOC, or help desk is desired
- Enterprise-grade identity management software
