Job Summary
A biotechnology product development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Payroll Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support special projects
- Perform in-depth investigations and analysis to determine the root cause of repeated problems
- Identify, recommend and prioritize improvements to the customer experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of overall Payroll experience, in a multi-national company
- 3 years of Payroll and/or HRIS experience working
- High School Diploma or GED
- Understanding of general HR and Payroll wage and hour laws, tax laws, functions and processes
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
