A software company has a current position open for a Remote Global Payroll Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Calculating off-cycle terminations for the US employees
- Preparing, reconciling and processing of Stock payrolls
- Helping with US and International payroll processing for Australia and UK
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with stock-payroll transactions (ESPP, ISOs, NQs and RSUs) and reconciliations
- Experience with local, state, and federal payroll and tax laws
- Experience with international payroll (UK and Australia)
- Direct and clear written and verbal communicator
- 5+ years direct payroll experience processing multi-state payroll for 1800+ US, UK and Australia employees
- Familiarity with Fidelity, CloudPay, OSV Atmosphere or other payroll and HR equivalent systems
