Remote Global Payroll and Benefits Specialist

Job Summary

An e-learning company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Payroll and Benefits Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Process employee status changes, new hires, terminations, and payroll data information
• Keep track of and submit monthly salary changes
• Ensure payroll vendors and appropriate parties (People Team, Finance) adhere to deadlines

Required Skills:

• Experience setting up payroll and benefits in new countries
• Experience working with and managing local vendor relationships
• 3-5 years of experience processing international payroll
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations
