Job Summary

A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Payroll Director in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading payroll team
• Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and timely, including all compliance and tax filings
• Leading the international payroll transformation efforts, including system implementation

Qualifications Include:

• 12+ years of experience of end-to-end payroll processing in a publicly traded company
• Strong working knowledge and experience with stock options, RSUs and ESPP
• Strong Excel, analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail required
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of materials and information
• Able to work independently and effectively with a range of individuals
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
