Remote Global Payroll Leader

Job Summary

An IT infrastructure and information management company has an open position for a Remote Global Payroll Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Own the outsourced vendor processing of US and international payrolls
• Compile payroll input files
• Assist with month end close activities

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of end-to-end payroll processing including companies with 1,000+ employees
• US payroll subject matter expertise
• Thorough knowledge of payroll-related state, legal, tax, and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and best practices
• Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• Knowledge of Equity issues and how they relate to payroll reporting and tax (RSU, NQ, ISO)
