Job Summary
A web development company is seeking a Remote Global Payroll Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the timely issuance and completion of the necessary year-end tax requirements
- Managing month-end and quarter-end activities
- Handling all employee record updates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have experience working with an HRIS
- Must be great at preparing and processing semi-monthly and monthly payrolls
- Must have strong payroll-related data analysis and reporting skills
- You can serve as subject matter expert on payroll issues
- Must have experience with SOX control documentation and execution
- Must be well versed in the processing income derived from equity instruments (ISO, NQO, RSU, etc.)
