Job Summary

A software development firm is seeking a Remote Global People Operations Director.

Must be able to:

• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Global People Operations & People Partnering
• Build and develop a People Operations team focused on executing the Ops strategy
• Lead strategy and execution of People Ops

Qualifications Include:

• Have a significant amount of progressively responsible experience in human resource operations management
• Have experience working in a global tech and high growth organization
• Have Workday system experience both with implementation and daily management
• Have a proven track record of using data and insight to inform, shape and tailor decisions made
• Have experience managing a fast paced and scaling function
• Have prior experience integrating acquisitions
